Agnes Rose Blaszak, age 93, of Hill City, Minnesota passed away Thursday, September 26, 2024 at Sugar Brook Villa, rural Cohasset, Minnesota.

Agnes was born April 24, 1931 in Bula Township to Isa Mae Bottineau and Francis Bottineau.  Agnes grew up in the Outing, Minnesota area along with nine siblings.  Agnes was united in marriage to Henry Blaszak on February 8, 1958, together they had six children.  Agnes was a homemaker and worked several jobs in the community.  Agnes loved music, gardening and visiting with family and friends.

Agnes is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Henry; son, James Bottineau; brothers, Alfred Bottineau, Gene Bottineau, William Bottineau, and Charlie Bottineau; sisters, Josephine Bottineau, Mary Davis, Cora Meachem, and Alice Bloomer.

She is survived by her daughters, Rosemary Amundson, Connie (Bruce) Sandvik, Susan Kallinen (Gary Garza), Louise (Ed) Hilton, Janet (Tim) Hatfield, and Charlene (Bill) Svoboda; son, Florian Blaszak; step-daughter, Bernadette Adams; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; and her brother, Stanley Bottineau.

There will be no formal service; however, there will be a Celebration of Life on October 26 at Swatara Community Hall from 11 AM to 2 PM.  Burial will be in Macville Cemetery in Swatara following the Celebration of Life.
