Betty Jane Davis, age 86 of Grand Rapids, Minnesota, passed away Monday, February 23rd, 2026, at Edgewood of Brainerd, Minnesota.

Betty was born June 16, 1939, in Deer River, Minnesota to Gerhard and Mabel (Reigelsperger) Johnson. Betty graduated in the Class of 1957 from Deer River High School.

On August 2, 1958, she was united in marriage to Robert Leslie Davis in Deer River, Minnesota. Betty and Bob raised their family and have resided in Grand Rapids their entire married life. Betty had a long career with H&R Block Company and after retirement enjoyed her passion for RVing with Bob, meeting up with friends on the road and gatherings with her family.

Betty is survived by daughter Terri (Scott) Hurley of Le Sueur, Minnesota; sons Tim (Mary) Davis of Brainerd, Minnesota and Tom (Rollin) Anton of Cathedral City, California; four grandchildren Jason Davis, Stephanie Morris, Bernie Nichols, Josh Davis; one great grandchild Ryannon Varin-Pruitt. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert; parents Gerhardt and Mabel; brother Gerhardt "Boy", and sister Gertie.

A visitation will be Saturday, February 28, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Grand Rapids, MN, with a funeral service to follow at 12:00 Noon. The Reverend Vicki Taylor will officiate. A Celebration of Life Reception will be held immediately following the service, in Zion's Christian Life Center. Interment will be in the Pine Ridge Cemetery, Deer River, MN.
