Charles Robert Binkowski, age 77 passed away Thursday, May 22, 2026 in Bovey, Minnesota.

Chuck was born February 9, 1949 to Esther (Thrane) and George Binkowski in Chicago, Illinois.

Chuck became an Optician and was the owner of Fourth Street Optical in Grand Rapids.

He is survived by his daughter, Amy Crowe of Wisconsin; son and daughter-in-law, Steven and Anna Binkowski of Bovey; nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren; sister, Cookie (Dudley) Cole of Riverton, WY; friend, Carol of Babbit, and former wife, Linda.  He has numerous nieces and nephews.

Chuck was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, George "Bud", Don, Frank, and Bob; and his sister, Nancy.

Honoring Chuck's wishes, no services are planned at this time.
