Dolores Maxine Harthan, age 90, of Grand Rapids, MN, passed away Saturday, September 20, 2025, at Grand Village Assisted Living.

Dolores was born in 1935 to Carl and Florence Samsal in Bagley, MN. She attended school in Cohasset, MN. On April 27, 1963, she married Willard Harthan in Cohasset, MN. She was a member of the Red Hat Society and enjoyed sewing, embroidery, and never missed Bingo. Dolores loved spending time with her grandchildren. She will be remembered for her cooking, baking; especially her potato donuts and lefse, her gardening and canning.

Dolores is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Willard; and grandson, Mitchell Harthan.

She is survived by her daughters, Terri (Farrell) Crowe, Toni Harthan; sons, Tim Harthan, Troy (Brenda) Harthan; sisters, Bonnie (Jerry) Maxwell, JoAnn (Tom) Hogan; grandchildren, Jesse (Brittney) Funnell, Jenna (Alex) Funnell, Kyle Crowe, Isaac Harthan, James Waterbury, Amber Waterbury; great-grandchildren, Mitchell and Zoey Funnell, Jocelynn Johnson, Westyn, Wyatt,  and Landon Jurek, Vincent, Luciano, and Cooper Waterbury; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.

A visitation will be Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 10 AM at Rowe Funeral Home in Grand Rapids, MN, followed by a funeral service at 11 AM. Pastor Chuck Scherer will officiate. Burial will be at Wildwood Cemetery in Cohasset, MN.
