Ellen OBrien, 79, passed away on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, at her home on Sand Lake near Warba, MN.

Ellen Marlene was born the daughter of Paul and Ethel Havens in Grand Rapids, MN. On July 27, 1985, Ellen was united in marriage with Leo OBrien.  Ellen's life's love was her children and grandchildren. Ellen and Leo enjoyed their time traveling together.

Ellen is survived by her son Earl Warner; daughters: Pauline (Robert Trappe) Hill and Marie (Peter) Patterson; grandchildren: Ashley, Patrick, Brent, Nicholas, Nathan, Willy, Ashley, Lyneah, Cody, Cara, Kyle, Tim, and Kelsey; many great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild; son-in-law Craig Peasley; and 2 sisters. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Leo; daughter Ramona; 2 brothers; and 3 sisters.

According to Ellen's wishes, there will be no formal funeral ceremony.
