George Richard Jaconetty, age 82, of Grand Rapids, MN, passed away Saturday, October 26, 2024, at River Grand Senior Living.

George was born to George and Hilda Jaconetty in Chicago, IL 1941.

He was the proud owner of Aspen Springs Resort in Talmoon on Big Jesse Lake. George loved fishing, was a master woodworker and accomplished in construction, including building their own house in Grand Rapids.

George is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Sarah; children, Christopher Jaconetty, Ronald Walters, David (Beverly) Jaconetty-Rutherford, John Jaconetty, and Tracy (Christopher) Grabowski; six grandchildren, Isaac, Tayja, Ashley, Ryan, Reese, and Sarah; and sister, Charlotte Maggio.

A family memorial service will be held at a later date.
