Gordon Ray Berg, 66 years of age, of Hill City, MN, passed on Monday, July 21, 2025 at Essentia Health in Duluth, Minnesota.

Gordon was the son of the late Nels and Doris (Curtiss) Berg of Hill City, Minnesota.

Gordon is survived by his daughter Michelle Berg; granddaughter Shae Marie (Austin) Carlson; grandson Nathan Moore-Berg; two great grandchildren Rylie and Shiloh Carlson; siblings Lawrence (Ursula) Burlison, Lorraine (Liston) Shaw, Norma (Joe Tix) McNeil, Curtiss (Lydia) Berg, Marvin (Deb) Berg, Glen Berg, Leonard (Angie) Berg, Ellen (Eric) Hill;  brother-in-aw Dan Garrick; sister-in-aw Marilyn Burlison; many nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister Roberta "Bertie" Garrick and brother Leland "Lee" Burlison.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at Macville Cemetery. Following the service there will be a Celebration of Gordon's Life at Gordon's home at 123 Stoner Avenue and Main Street in Hill City, Minnesota.  Please bring your fond memories and stories to share.
