James E. McMahon, age 92, of Warba, Minnesota, went to be with his Lord on Monday, June 19, 2023, surrounded by his family.

James McMahon was born on September 9, 1930, in St. Paul, MN to Lawrence and Mary McMahon. He attended high school in St. Paul and graduated from St. Paul Mechanic Art Vocational School. James spent two years in the Marine Corps and married Muriel Padelford in 1950. He worked as a machinist at Capital Gears in St. Paul for 40 years, retiring in 1991. James married Beulah Becker in 2000. He enjoyed gardening, fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family. James was an active member of the Bethel Lutheran Church in Warba.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife Muriel; brothers Larry, and Mike; sisters Mary Gubash, and Kathy Depner; daughter Christine McMahon. He is survived by his wife Beulah; daughters Patty (Guy) Wicklander, Peggy McMahon, Elaine McMahon, Muriel (Keith) Adams, Michelle (Dan) Hanson, and Colleen (Greg) Corcoran; son Frank (Ann) McMahon; 18 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; stepson William (Terri) Becker; stepdaughters Karen Olson (Bryan Maas), Peggy Sutherland (Tom Fena), Connie (Mike) Rielly, Susan (Jim) Larsen; brother Tom (Gayle) McMahon.

Memorial services will be held at 12:00 Noon on Monday, June 26, 2023, at Bethel Lutheran Church in Warba, Minnesota with Reverend Mark and Brenda Wagner officiating.   Visitation will be held on Monday morning from 11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon, prior to the service at church.
