Joann Clouser Wood, age 82, of Grand Rapids, MN died Friday, December 1, 2023, at Majestic Pines.

Joann was born in 1941 to Lloyd and Emily (Gerhart) Clouser in Lebanon, PA.

Joann's vibrant spirit touched the hearts of many within her community. She found immense joy in her passions, whether it was playing golf with her local league in Naperville, IL or sharing laughter over lunch with her dear friends of the league. Her unwavering support and companionship with Joseph during his fishing trips were a testament to her boundless love.

At home, Joann embraced the simple pleasures of life, finding contentment in the everyday moments. The holidays held a special place in her heart, and Christmas was a time that she cherished dearly, bringing warmth and joy to those around her.

Preceded in death by her parents, husband, and siblings, Marianne Spitler, Earl Clouser, and Ned Clouser. Joann is survived by her daughters, Wendy (Jim) Uzelac, Kimberly (Mark) Norton; sisters, Nancy Henne, Jean Buckhout; grandchildren, Nichole (Jesse) Denver, Eric (Sammy) Uzelac, and Brad and Matt Norton; and great granddaughters, Violet and Sylvia Uzelac.

The visitation will be Wednesday, January 10, 2024, at 10:30 AM at Rowe Funeral Home, Grand Rapids, MN followed by the 11 AM memorial service. Rev. Jim Crecelius will officiate. Burial will be at Itasca-Calvary Cemetery, Grand Rapids, MN at a later date.
