Kim (Horoshak) Carpenter , age 67, died January 10, 2023 with family present in Grand Rapids, MN.

Kim was born to Louis and Shirley Horoshak in 1955 in Virginia, MN. She attended school in Eveleth. She owned and operated Kim's Kiln, a ceramic shop in Iron, MN. Kim also worked as a nursing assistant in healthcare. She enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing and being with her grandchildren.

Kim is preceded in death by her husband, Dennis; mother, Shirley, and her father, Louis.

Kim is survived by her daughter, Heather Lillis; son, Travis (Kristina) Lillis; sisters, Jill Morris, and Sue (Gary) Briski; brother, Paul (Cheryl) Horoshak; and five grandchildren, Taylor Sleen, Drew (Justin) LaMeyer, Carter Sleen, Gage Lillis, and Ava Lillis.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at Rowe Funeral Home beginning at 12:00 PM and lasting until 1:00 PM and services will be at 1:00 PM.  Pastor Marva Jean Hutchens will officiate.
