Linda L. (Hage Carlson) Hince died October 9, 2023 at the Emeralds Care Center in Grand Rapids, Minnesota surrounded by her family. She was 79 years old.

Linda was born in Duluth, MN and graduated from Morgan Park High School and then from St. Luke's Nursing School. Linda was a nurse, a lover of music, Lake Superior, her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was proceeded in death by her parents, Viola F. (Clark) and Bruer F. Hage; her spouse, Hillary Hince; and siblings: Arthur, Theodore and Florence.

Linda is survived by her children: Michael (Tammy) Carlson, and Jessica (Scott) Kozar; grandchildren: Casey Carlson, Benjamin (Ann) Hallfrisch, Samantha (Neil) Baumgarner Hallfrisch, Joshua (Nicole) Carlson Kroschel, Kristian (Markell Gagne) Carlson and Tia Hanson; great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Linda and the way she loved people left a profound impact on all who knew her. Her love was amazing to behold.

A celebration was enjoyed by Linda and her family prior to her death and an intimate family interment in Grand Marais, MN will happen at a later date.
