Lynn Morgan Majewski, age 72, passed away on July 10, 2026, at Fairview Medical Center in Hibbing, Minnesota.

​Born on June 6, 1954, Lynn lived a life deeply rooted in family, community, and service. In 1972, he attended Detroit Lakes Vo-Tech School, where he studied small engine repair. It was during this formative time that he met the absolute love of his life, Cindy Ross.
​Lynn and Cindy's beautiful love story spanned over five decades. They were married on June 26, 1976, and recently celebrated an incredible milestone of 50 years of marriage. Together, they made their home in Goodland, Minnesota, where they built a life filled with purpose, laughter, and deep community connections. In 1982, Lynn and Cindy took over the cherished family business, Fred's Store of Goodland, which had been originally opened by his father in 1946.

​Lynn was a pillar of his community, proudly serving as a dedicated member of the Goodland Volunteer Fire Department, First Responder & Chief for many years. Above all his accomplishments, Lynn's greatest joy was his family, spending time with his grandchildren, trips to the lake place, and cooking. His love and unwavering devotion to those he held dear will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

​Lynn is survived by his beloved wife, Cindy; his children, Bret (Michelle) Majewski and Abby (Luis) Majewski; and his four wonderful grandchildren, Jackson, Ava, Grace, and Dane. He is also survived by his sister, Janice Oddo; sister-in-law, Vicki Majewski; brother-in-law, Jon (Tammy) Ross; sister-in-law, Kathy (Stan) Turner; and numerous nieces and nephews.

​He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Lois Majewski; his brother, Larry Majewski; his nephew, Cy Shock; and very special friend, Mike Reynolds.

​A celebration of Lynn's life will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2026 from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM at the Goodland Community Center, Goodland, MN.
