Patricia Jensen, age 80, of Warba, MN, passed away peacefully surrounded by family at the Americare Lodge on Thursday, October 12, 2023.

Pat was born in 1942 to Earl and Clara McCauley in Racine, WI. Her life was a poem, as beautiful as she was.

Mom, grama Pat, great grama, sister, daughter, aunt, cousin, friend.

You touched us all to the end.

Your nails well done, hair so fine,

clothes to match, always dressed to the nines.

Single mom, raised all four,

worked the bars like no one before.

Your spirit will shine and laughter rings high,

there was no mistaking those beautiful green eyes.

One thing we all have seen,

you were the elephant queen.

You were a traveler from far and wide,

Minnesota to Florida, even to visit Darin and the Alaska tide.

But it was the little town of Warba, where you chose to reside.

Monte and Brenden at the speedway, you were shouting from the stands,

full throttle ahead, you were their number one fan.

Hot summers not your thing,

just like Ryan, who loves to hear his snowmobile sing.

Shop til everyone else drops, Tina and mom, Duluth bound,

you were looking for the deals and that black elephant you found.

From far to near,

We just can't stop these waves of tears.

As we clean out your house, we knew there was never a doubt, labeled and clean,

You saved everything!

We will miss you so much, you taught us so well,

how are we going to get by? Only time will tell.

October 12, you gained your angel wings,

Now we all celebrate as Elvis sings.

Pat is preceded in death by her parents; and sister Clareann Schwager. She is survived by her children, Tina McCauley, Ryan (Melinda) Jensen, Monte (Kim) Jensen, and Darin Jensen; sisters, Bernie (John) Richardson and Suzi McCauley; brothers, Dan McCauley, Mike (Barb) McCauley, Tim (Shelly) McCauley, and Kelly (Tami Elich) McCauley; six grandchildren, four great grandchildren, numerous extended friends, and family. Pat will be dearly missed by all that knew her.

A Celebration of Pat's life will be held on Sunday, October 22, 2023, at the Warba Community Center from 12:00 PM until 4:00 PM. Burial will be at Warba Feeley Cemetery.
