Patricia Nellie Moe, passed away peacefully at the age of 82 on February 20, 2025 at the River Grand Senior Living in Grand Rapids.

Born on November 22, 1942, to Robert and Marguerite Shelton. Patricia, known affectionately as Pat, graduated from Greenway High School. She married the love of her life, Wesley Moe, on April 13, 1963, and together they shared a beautiful life for 61 years. Pat was a dedicated dog obedience instructor for 4-H and worked as a bus driver for her alma mater, Greenway High School. Her passion for knitting and crocheting brought warmth to her family and friends. Pat delighted in sharing her love for animals by taking her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren to dog and horse shows.

Pat is survived by her devoted husband Wesley; daughter: Sue (Randy) Nichols; son Mark (Kim) Moe; sister Janice (Leo) Pouliot; brothers: George (Sharon) Shelton and Steven (Pat) Shelton; 6 grandchildren: Tanja (Eric), Ryan (Baylee), Jeff, Randii (Bruce), Jacob, Isaiah, and Kayden; 10 great-grandchildren; and 8 nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her daughter Debra Lentz and granddaughter Heidi Lint.

Pat's enduring love for her family and community will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her.

Memorial services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 6, 2025, at Rowe Funeral Home in Grand Rapids, MN with Rev. Dorothy Duquette officiating. Visitation will begin at the funeral home one hour prior. Interment will be at the Lakeview Cemetery in Coleraine at a later date.
