Patrick L. Jordan, age 53, of Cohasset, MN passed away Friday, January 2, 2026, at his home.

Pat was born in 1972 to Bradley Jordan and Barbara Gravelle in Grand Rapids, where he met his future wife in 1988 at the young ages of 14 and 16. Pat and Jackie enjoyed 16 years together and then were united in marriage in 2004. After marriage they started their family and completed it with three beautiful children.

He worked as a carpenter until Pat and Jackie decided it was important for him to become a stay-at-home dad while raising their family that granted more quality time as a family. As his kids grew older Pat went to work with children, finding a job he loved as a positive support specialist at Lutheran Social Services.

Pat enjoyed camping, pulling the kids on tubes, grilling for the family, and anything that allowed him time with family. Pat was thoughtful and selfless, thinking of ways to make others feel loved and was caring in his own special way.

Pat is preceded in death by his dad, Bradley Jordan; mom, Barbara Gravelle; and brother, Brian Jordan.

He is survived by his wife Jackie; who has been by his side for 38 yrs, daughters, Lexus Jordan (Kenny Lindahl), Jessie Jordan (Adian Thorson); son, Paden Jordan; mom Corinne Jordan, sister, Anna (Garrett) Niska; brothers Ross Jordan, Brett (Kate) Jordan; mother-in-law, Lorraine Terhaar; and nieces and nephews, Masie Jordan, Bradley Jordan, Keona Knudson, Jeff Anderson, Jeremy Anderson, Iley Niska, Norman Niska, and Eleanor Jordan. Pat also loved and cared for Devany Green, who he and Jackie helped raise.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2026 from 12:00-3:00 pm at Cohasset Community Center, 305 1st Ave NW, Cohasset, MN.
