Obituary

Pauline Kay Erven, age 68, went home to be with the Lord on March 1, 2026, after a short battle with cancer.

Born on December 5, 1957, in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, Pauline spent most of her life in the community she loved. She filled her days with devotion to her family, a deep appreciation for nature, and a remarkable creative spirit. As the owner and operator of Ponds of Plenty, Pauline turned her passion into a dedicated business that reflected her artistry and talent. She found great peace and joy tending to her ponds, nurturing plants and flowers, and watching the wildlife that gathered around her home. Over the years, she lovingly cared for many pets and animals, but her cherished Koi fish held a special place in her heart. Pauline will be remembered for her creativity, her love of the outdoors, and the beauty she brought into the lives of those around her.

Pauline was the beloved wife of Timothy for 48 wonderful years. Their enduring love was the foundation of her life. Whether working side by side, spending time in the yard, or simply enjoying a drive together, she treasured the time they shared. She was a proud mother to her two daughters, Amy Glass and Lisa (Ryan) Roy, and a loving grandmother to Milan, Ella, Mitch, Max, David and Molly, who brought immense joy to her life.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Lavon Holm, and her sisters, Lois and Sharon.

A memorial service to celebrate Pauline's life will be held this summer. Details will be shared at a later time.
