Scott Alan Chambers, 51, of Grand Rapids, MN passed away on April 23, 2026, at his home.

He was born in Duluth, MN to Ed and Jan Chambers on April 13, 1975. His family moved to Grand Rapids, MN from Cloquet, MN in 1977. Scott graduated from Grand Rapids High School in 1994.  He was a night cleaner at the Sawmill Inn in Grand Rapids Mn from 2002 until it closed in 2018. Scott worked at MDI in Grand Rapids from 2018 until his death.

Scott was a Minnesota sports fan attending many Twins home games. He loved going to state parks, country music concerts, Sci-fi (Star Wars/Star Trek) and spending time with family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ed and Jan Chambers; his grandparents, Harold and Evelyn Tonkin, and Frank and Iva Chambers; his uncles, Jeff and Jim Tonkin and Cleo and James Chambers; and aunt, Alice Waltz.

He will be missed by his brother, Kevin Chambers of Grand Rapids, MN, and many uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.

A visitation will be held on Friday, May 15, 2026, beginning at 10:00 AM at Grand Rapids Alliance Church, Grand Rapids, MN with a memorial service to follow at 11:00 AM at the church. Rev. Erik Kling will officiate.  Burial will be later at Harris Township Cemetery.
