Tracy Lynn (Felix) Dewey was born on December 2, 1978, in Grand Rapids, MN. She became our angel on June 30, 2025.

Tracy is survived by her husband, Jeremy Dewey; sons Tucker Dewey (10) and Tyke Dewey (7); parents Terry and Brenda Felix; sisters, Tara Felix, Tina Felix, Tammy (Jake) Dufner; sisters-in-law, Jenny Dewey and Jodee Dewey; brother-in-law, John Dewey; father-in-law, Bob Dewey; as well as numerous aunts and uncles, cousins, and her beloved nieces and nephews Mason, Gavin, Lexi (and great niece Lyla), Peyton, Kyler, Keagan, Kaydia, Evan, and Jayce. Tracy also left a legacy of warmth and love for many friends, clients, and past co-workers. Her radiant light and infectious laugh touched everyone in its path.

Words fail to capture the beauty of Tracy's heart and her soul. We use the word "empathy" to describe someone who is compassionate, understanding, and can walk the proverbial mile in someone else's shoes, but that word also fails to match the depth of Tracy's care about the people in her life. She didn't just feel your pain, your joy, your worries, your cares…she wore them, deeply, like a tattoo on her amazing heart.

She loved her family above all else, and her sons, Tucker and Tyke, were her absolute light who owned her heart through and through. She was SO proud of her children and would show off her boys to anyone who crossed her path. Her love and devotion to her husband was equally fierce, and their marriage was one of a million laughs, midnight dances in the kitchen, fishing and hunting trips, mushroom foraging, concerts, great meals, beers by the campfire, and football parties where a heated rivalry between Tracy's Packers and Jeremy's Vikings led to two fights every year… They shared a beautiful garden where they both found so much peace and could just reflect on life's beauty and God's bounty. They were most at peace together, outdoors, enjoying each other's company and watching their boys grow.

Tracy was an amazing listener, a healer, a taker of pain, and those who ever had the privilege of being around her can attest you always left her presence feeling lighter, more free, and more upbeat. She just had a way of making you feel better, and that was truly one of her best gifts to those in her life. She cherished her family above all else, and would often recite stories of camping trips, holidays, and other adventures with her parents, sisters, and other family members with whom she shared hundreds of deeply connected memories. Her sisters and her parents were not just family, but her best friends who she talked with daily.

Finally, Tracy was a woman of conviction and faith. She is in the Lord's hands today, which is the start of some comfort as we say goodbye to a truly amazing person. Rest easy, our beautiful angel. When we see a ladybug, we will know you are there with us—until we can hold each other again.

A Celebration of Tracy's Life will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, July 11, 2025, at the Gunn Park Pavillion in Grand Rapids, MN followed by a potluck meal at the park.  Bring something to share if you like.  Pastor Jim Crecelius will lead this time of celebrating Tracy.  Interment will be at Wildwood Cemetery, Cohasset, MN.
