Ursula Ingred Flem, age 87, of Grand Rapids, MN, passed away Monday, March 24, 2025, at River Grand Senior Living, Grand Rapids, MN.

Ursula was born on July 11, 1937, in Freising, Germany, the daughter of Wilhelm and Margarite Deutsch.  She grew up in Freising and met Sidney Flem when he was stationed in Germany.  She and Sidney were united in marriage in April of 1958, in Petersburg, ND.

She is survived by sons Lester (Jennifer) Flem, Grand Rapids, MN; Eric (Stacie) Flem, Northport, NY; daughter, Shana (Stephen) Shurson, Maple Plain, MN; grandchildren, Brian (Nga) Flem, Jeremy (Rosa) Flem, Christopher (Juanita) Flem, Sydney Flem, Ana Shurson and Alek Shurson and great granddaughter, Suti; brothers, Klaus Deutsch and Ralf Deutsch; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by husband, Sidney, and her parents, Wilhelm and Margarite Deutsch.
