Vicki Anne Wilson, 65, Grand Rapids, Minn., passed away on Friday, Dec. 8, 2023, in a St. Paul health care facility.

She was born Nov. 18, 1958, in Grand Rapids to Donald G. and Marianne Wilson. She attended Southwest Grade School, and was a 1977 graduate of Grand Rapids High School. She graduated from the dental hygienics course at Hibbing Vocational School and worked briefly in the field. She married David Olson in 1979, and he preceded her in death in 1998. She met Ted Anderson in February 2002, and they were together for nearly 22 years. They were married in October 2020.

Vicki's talents in making crafts were remarkable and she has many items stored away for every season of the year that she could decorate with. She also was a confirmed cat lover as she could never get enough of them. Her email moniker, catladymn, said it all.

She was preceded in death by her husband, David Olson, in 1998; her parents, Donald G. Sr. And Marianne Wilson; her brother, Donald G. Wilson Jr.; and grandparents Mamie and Victor Erholtz and Anne and Logan Crowder.

Vicki is survived by her husband, Ted Anderson; daughter, Anne (Jon) Kotula, in Michigan; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

A joint service will be held for Vicki and her mother, Marianne, on Friday, December 15, 2023, at Rowe Funeral Home, Grand Rapids, with the visitation starting at 10:00 am followed service at 11:00 am. The burial will be at Itasca-Calvary Cemetery, Grand Rapids.
