Wesley Dale Moe, age 88, of Grand Rapids, MN passed away on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at River Grand Assisted Living, Grand Rapids, MN.

Wes was born in 1938 in Park Rapids, MN to Gust and Freda Moe.  He grew up in Nary, MN and the Grand Rapids area.  Wes served in the U.S. Army Reserves.  On April 13, 1963, Wes was united in marriage to Patricia Shelton.   Wes attended Itasca Community College earning his associate's degree in 1988.  He was employed with Blandex and later was employed with Ace Hardware.  Wes loved showing off his flower garden, sharing his many yard ornaments, and spending time fishing at the lake behind his property.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Patricia; daughter, Debra Lentz; granddaughter, Heidi Lint; 5 brothers, Alfred, Loren, Kenneth, Everett, and Glenn Moe; one sister, Shirley Greer.

Wes is survived by his daughter, Sue (Randy) Nichols of Bovey, MN; one son, Mark (Kim) Moe of Calumet, MN; one brother, Kermit (Paulette) Moe of Arizona; 7 grandchildren: Tanja (Eric), Ryan (Baylee), Jeff, Randii (Bruce), Jacob, Isaiah, and Kayden; 10 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2026, beginning at 12:00 PM at Rowe Funeral Home, Grand Rapids, MN with a service to follow at 1:00 PM at the funeral home.  Rev. Dorothy Duquette will officiate.  Burial will be at Lakeview Cemetery, Coleraine, MN at a later date.
